Understanding and Addressing implicit Bias

Implicit bias refers to the unconscious attitudes, thoughts, or feelings which may be contradictory and inconsistent with an individual’s conscious beliefs. Despite the unconscious nature of implicit bias, there is evidence that it affects healthcare and workplace outcomes. Please join us for this important session.
