Bishr Omary, M.D., Ph.D., is the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. In this role, Dr. Omary leads the education, faculty development, and research missions of RBHS serving as chief academic and scientific officer.
Kathleen W. Scotto, Ph.D., is the Vice Chancellor for Research and Research Training, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and Vice Dean, Rutgers School of Graduate Studies. Dr. Scotto oversees the RBHS Council of Research Deans and is responsible for research training of graduate students in biomedical sciences among her other roles.
Adrienne S. Ettinger, Sc.D., M.P.H., M.S., is Chief of Staff for Research, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences where she oversees the complex operations and initiatives of the research enterprise. Dr. Ettinger serves as an advisor and supports the SVCAAR in fulfilling his responsibilities in leading the oversight and expansion of research at RBHS.
Najoua Elbourkadi, Ph.D., is Executive Director for Business Development charged with facilitating biomedical and health sciences collaborations and fostering strategic partnerships with industry as part of a joint initiative between RBHS and the Corporate Engagement Center within the Rutgers University Office for Research.
Neil Grant, M.B.A., M.S., is Director for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Research Training. His responsibilities span research IT implementation, operations assessments, policy development, strategic planning, research development and other research administration functions.
Nancy Frazier-Carden is Management Assistant for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Research Training, responsible for administrative functions of the office.
Denisse Caban-Santiago is Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research, a role to which she brings over 10 years of executive-level administration experience, with a background in both private and non-profit sectors.
